How RahatFit works, what Coach can do, and where you stay in control.

What is RahatFit?

RahatFit connects your goal, daily plan, workouts, nutrition, cardio, check-ins and progress. Coach reviews that context so you can make informed fitness decisions.

What can Coach use as context?

Coach can review your goal and the training, nutrition, cardio, progress and check-in information available in your account. Its review depends on what you have recorded; incomplete logs can limit the evidence.

Does RahatFit change my plan automatically?

Coach presents suggestions for you to review. Plan changes require your approval. You decide whether to keep your current plan or accept a proposed change.

What is Meal Scan?

Meal Scan is a Pro food-entry feature that suggests foods and amounts from a meal photo. Review and correct the foods, portions and nutrition before saving. A photo estimate is not an exact measurement.

Which languages are supported?

RahatFit supports English, Swedish and Persian. Persian uses a right-to-left layout. The product examples on this website follow your selected language.

How do I delete my account?

Use the account-deletion option in the app, or follow the website instructions if you cannot access your account. Requests may require ownership verification.

Is RahatFit medical advice?

No. RahatFit provides fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical diagnosis, treatment or care. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.

Who can use RahatFit, and is it released?

RahatFit is for adults aged 18 or older. It is currently preparing for launch; this website does not offer a public app download. Account creation requires acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy.
